Our summer and winter camp are immersive & transformational health experiences. Over several days, participants will put into practice the tools and live the principles of Camp LIFT, learnt during the in-school programs.
The camp schedules are specially set-up to help youth push limits and learn more about themselves, in a safe and controlled environment.
End of August at the end of the summer school break.
Beginning of January, during the winter school break
The curriculum at Camp LIFT always includes workshops and themes such as movement, mindfulness, nutrition and self-development.
To ensure the efficiency of our services and the positive long-term growth of our participants, only youth coming from participating schools are admissible to the camps.
