Our Nature Camp

WHEN?

• First cohort: July 31st to August 4th
• Second cohort: August 14th to August 18th

WHERE?

In a beautiful cottage next to a lake.
We rent space at Couvent Val-Morin in Val-Morin: 2043 Chem. de la Gare,
Val-Morin, QC J0T 2R0
(approximately 1H from Montreal).

WHAT TO EXPECT?

Our philosophy is that healthy habits such as : eating, sleeping, moving,
communicating… all in a positive environment, is bound to set you up for
the most rewarding life experience!

The summer Camp LIFT is a great way to end your summer in a powerful
way and get ready for an awesome school year. Every day at camp is
packed with healthy eating, meditation, physical activities such as :
paddle boarding, movement workshops, yoga and more, and many
conversations with inspirational mentors.

Our team is composed of health professionals such as kinesiologists,
osteopaths, nutritionists, mindfulness
educators, personal trainers, counselors, artists and more.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Completely free,

but we ask for a 100$ deposit to secure your spot (we
give it back to you the day of the departure). Camp LIFT with its multiple
partners, raises funds to provide a quality experience for youth and free
for families and caregivers. You’re wondering if we accept donations? Of
course.

HOW TO REGISTER?

Ask our LIFT mentors or your school staff to receive and fill out the
Youth Registration Form and Confidentiality/Consent Form, give it back
directly to a Camp LIFT youth mentor or any staff from your school. If
you are eligible and selected to be part of the summer camp, we will
notify you quickly via email.

The Urban Camp

Our Urban Camp

WHEN?

One day a week, from June 27th to July 27th. Participants can sign up for
either the Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday group. Our day starts at 9 AM
and ends at 3 PM.

WHERE?

All around the city! Though we’ll be venturing out to do activities around
Montreal, our home base will be Options High School: 1741 Rue de
Biencourt, Montréal, QC H4E 1T4

WHAT TO EXPECT?

To be immersed in a world of adventure, personal growth, and well-being.
Over the course of 5 weeks, with 1 day of activities each week, you will
have the opportunity to try new things and discover new passions, from
yoga and painting to outdoor adventures and fitness training.
We’ll start every day with some movement, before having lunch provided
by a chef and certified nutritionist and heading out for the daily activity.
Throughout the weeks, we’ll also explore interesting topics together in
workshops led by our mentors. Everything we’ll be doing will follow the
themes of the week:

July 11th-13th: Overall Health
July 18th-20th: Stress Management
July 25th-27th: My Routine
